• Lead the training courses to the highest level of advantage to make sure that the students get what they need
• Ensure that every student get the same time of focus and knowledge
• Ensure to use digital classroom and updating the classroom every time needed
• Ensure that all the quizzes and exams done by digital formatting
• Ensure to develop the courses time to time with what needed to meet the standard requirements
• Communicate with the students by all channels needed
• Ensure that company policies and procedures are adhered to.
• Answer any queries promptly and professionally.
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATION
• Advanced degree required. An BA, MA, MBA is preferred, as well as CFA or ACCA
• 10-12 years of accounting experience with a good experience as trainer.
• Excellent in computer using and training app.
• Excellent in English (Reading, Writing and Speaking)
Necessary skills:
• Excellent numeric skills Strong work ethic and focus
• Good interpersonal skills
• Be customer focused
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Excellent in Microsoft Excel.
• Have the highest standards of honesty, integrity and confidentiality
• Flexible approach to the work.
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
