From focusing on the shortcomings of others

وانظر إلى الأحجار في بعضها .. ماءٌ وبعضٌ ضمنها نارُ

When you notice a similarity in people
Don't think they are on the same level
For people are of different types and characters
Consider the rocks
There is water in some, and fire in others
